Job Description

CLIENT: Global player in clean air technology with Sales in 65 countries,13 production plants in 8 countries.


Role Purpose:


Our MNC client looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Corporate HR to lead key corporate HR initiatives from its Greater Noida facility. The role will partner closely with the CHRO and senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, HR strategy, policy development, and corporate HR operations across the organization.

The position requires a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in leadership hiring, corporate HR, HRIS, MIS & reporting,strategic HR initiatives etc.


KEY DRIVERS :


Talent Acquisition

  • Lead corporate and leadership hiring, including senior management recruitment.
  • Develop talent pipelines for strategic and critical roles.
  • Partner with leadership teams to forecast workforce requirements.
  • Manage relationships with executive search firms and recruitment partners.

Corporate HR & Business HR

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate functions and leadership teams.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and HR best practices across departments.

Policy & HR Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to long-term HR strategy and transformation initiatives.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Oversee HRIS / HRS systems, HR analytics, and digital HR initiatives.
  • Manage HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and board reviews.

ESG & Compliance

  • Support the organization’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives from an HR perspective.
  • Assist in HR audits, compliance reviews, and governance processes.

Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Provide support on industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.


DESIRED INCUMBENT


  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Regular full-time program) working in manufacturing environment for last 5 years.
  • Preference for candidates with cross-functional HR exposure or role rotation across HR functions



ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15-18 LPA
