Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and drive strategic hiring initiatives across creative and niche domains. This role will be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, building strong pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring seamless end-to-end recruitment delivery aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business and workforce planning goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche hiring requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver hiring plans.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and market presence.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies through advanced tools, social media platforms, talent networks, and referrals.
  • Ensure an enhanced candidate experience to improve engagement and retention.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and candidate experience.
  • Manage external recruitment partners including agencies, job boards, and vendors.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and process standards.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the talent acquisition team to improve performance and build capabilities.
  • Drive daily recruitment operations and ensure business unit hiring targets are consistently achieved.


Required Experience & Skills

  • 15+ years in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to strategic hiring and leadership
  • Proven hiring experience for Creative roles, such as:
  • Graphic Designers
  • UI/UX Designers
  • Creative Technologists
  • Animators
  • VFX Specialists
  • Account Management / Client Servicing

Strong expertise in:

  • Stakeholder Management (BU Heads, Senior Leadership, Hiring Managers)
  • Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy
  • Talent Pipeline Building & Engagement
  • Recruitment Campaigns & Employer Branding
  • Market Intelligence (hiring trends, competitor mapping, compensation benchmarking)

Technology & Tools

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and hiring dashboards
  • Exposure to AI-driven sourcing/recruitment tools is a plus
