About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead and grow our sales team, drive closings across our residential, commercial, and plotting portfolio, and build stronger conversion systems as we scale beyond our current monthly closing volume. This is a leadership role for someone who has already proven they can sell — now ready to build and lead a team that does the same.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales executives, driving individual and team performance against closing targets
  • Own the full sales cycle for high-value inventory (₹1 Cr and above), from qualified lead to final closing
  • Conduct and guide client meetings, site visits, and negotiations for high-ticket residential and commercial properties
  • Build and refine sales processes, CRM discipline, and follow-up systems to improve conversion at every stage of the pipeline
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on sales strategy, channel partner relationships, and go-to-market plans for new project launches
  • Track team performance metrics and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and closing forecasts
  • Train the team on objection handling, negotiation, and consultative selling for premium real estate


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or premium/high-ticket sales, with a proven, demonstrable closing track record
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team preferred
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working with builder partners, brokers, and high-net-worth clients
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Indore


Compensation & Benefits

  • ₹30,000/month base salary
  • Performance-linked incentives on top of base (uncapped based on closings)
  • Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making as the company scales
