About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager - Quantitative (STATA) Research for Gurgaon Location . This role will include data analysis, collecting the primary data from grassroot level, monitoring ground data. Candidate needs to have hands on experience in various onground activities Responsibilities A. Data checks and analysis ? Management and monitoring of datasets on a regular basis. ? Developing, coding and deploying survey tools using CAPI programs like Survey CTO. ? Training field team and designing survey tools ? Coordination with the field team to ensure quality data checks . ? Oversee daily data collection activities and ensure adherence to data quality protocols ? Data cleaning using statistical software skills - STATA (mandatory) ? Quantitative analysis and visualization and report writing B. Field ? Travel to the field for training and monitoring fieldwork ? Planning and designing budget for field surveys. ? Review of survey tools received from client and translation of the same. ? Assist the research team in developing training material for the field team. Qualifications Grad/PostGrad in the development studies, social sciences, economics, public policy and related fields 8+ years of work experience as a "Quant Researcher" in development sector/social sector only Strong command of STATA Software, SurveyCTO Excellent data interpretation , communication , and reporting skills Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Prior experience in research organizations, think tanks, or development consultancies Open to travel for different locations Candidates should apply their updated CV to [email protected].
