Key Responsibilities Responsible for timely delivery of products as per the Rolling Forecast (RFC). To ensure the delivery of quality products to market. Review and approval of QMS (Quality Management System) documents such as Change controls, Events, Market complaints, Annual Product Quality reviews. To ensure up-keep of building facilities, equipment's through regular preventive maintenance calibration and requalification. To ensure that the required initial and continuous training of personnel are carried out. Participation in manufacturing and packing operations of Scale up, Clinical trial batches with FDD. Co-ordinate with Warehouse, EHS, Engineering, QA and QC in implementation of policies and guidelines. Review of SOP's and Qualification documents To ensure the implementation of Environment, Health and Safety policy requirements in plant operations. To ensure the compliance of internal/ external audit and to ensure timely adequate response of audit finding from the department to the auditor to close the issue. Involvement in New Project with right to production. To develop team member to take up responsibility in absence.
