About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Procurement - MEP to oversee procurement activities for MEP packages across ongoing projects. The role involves cost estimation, vendor management, contract negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

What Makes The Role Successful

• Lead the negotiation and finalization of MEP procurement packages for ongoing projects.
• Review drawings and BOQs to develop accurate cost estimates for MEP packages.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project timelines.
• Develop, maintain, and expand a strong regional vendor network to stay updated with market rates and trends.
• Evaluate vendors by conducting comparative analysis and supporting vendor selection processes.
• Stay updated with market developments, pricing trends, and new technologies in the MEP domain.
• Provide strategic procurement recommendations to improve project cost efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including project management, design, and finance to ensure smooth procurement execution.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the building or construction industry, preferably in MEP procurement for workplace or corporate fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP trades, subcontractors, and vendor ecosystem.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and contract management.
• Proficiency in digital tools and procurement technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
