Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager MEP - Planning, based in Ranchi. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) planning and execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and collaboration with various teams to maintain project timelines. The role also involves reviewing designs, compliance with safety standards, and liaising with stakeholders to address project needs effectively. Qualifications Strong expertise in MEP systems, project planning, and execution processes. Proficiency in project management tools and software, with experience in scheduling and resource allocation. Knowledge of relevant safety standards, compliance regulations, and risk mitigation strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth collaborations. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects efficiently and effectively. A Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline is required. Additional certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is advantageous.
