We’re looking for a Product Manager who can identify & crystalize product opportunities and bridge business needs with technology, shaping digital products that enhance user experience, efficiency, and scalability, for a global audience.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Inventory & Warehousing to lead inventory planning, warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and process optimization. The role requires a strong leader who can establish world-class warehouse practices, improve inventory visibility, reduce losses, and ensure efficient material movement while collaborating with procurement, production, sales, and operations teams.

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Manage textile fabric inventory while ensuring high standards of accuracy and stock availability.
• Plan, optimize, and continuously improve warehouse layout, material flow, and storage systems.
• Implement best practices for inventory planning, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical audits.
• Minimize inventory losses, damages, and ageing through effective monitoring and control.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless coordination with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Drive warehouse process improvements, SOP implementation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, space utilization, and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
• Ensure ERP-based inventory management and accurate documentation of warehouse transactions.

• Strong experience in warehouse and inventory management within the textile industry.
• Hands-on expertise in managing fabric warehouses and textile inventory.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse layout planning, storage optimization, and material movement.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory reporting.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large warehouse operations and teams.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and operational best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
• Prior experience in textile mills, fabric manufacturing, or textile trading organizations will be highly preferred.

Industry Preference: Textile Manufacturing, Textile Mills, Fabric Processing.
