VIPL was established in 2012 and is dedicated to building renewable energy hydro projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager and Administration work located in Dehradun. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals. This job role also incluses office administration related tasks - filing, helping in documentation, creating minutes of meetings, organising meetings and creating reports. Qualifications Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 3-4 years of experience in working in a corporate office Administration management experience is a must A positive open to learning attitude
