Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Finance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial management and control.


Financial Analysis & Reporting

·      Analyze and interpret actual vs. budget/forecast data to identify key performance drivers and ensure data integrity.

·      Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

·      Develop and maintain consolidated financial dashboards, delivering performance insights to executive leadership.

·      Spearhead financial strategic planning, aligning financial goals with long-term business objectives.

·      Oversee greenfield project financial modelling and execution to ensure viability and efficiency.

·      Direct company-wide cash flow planning and budgeting to optimize liquidity and financial stability.

·      Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulatory and accounting standards.

·      Implement risk management frameworks to mitigate financial, compliance, and operational risks.

Budgeting & Forecasting

·      Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.

·      Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, process transparency, and system automation.

Business Partnering

·      Act as a strategic finance business partner to cross-functional teams.

·      Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations to drive commercial performance.

·      Deliver comprehensive investment appraisals and economic evaluations to support strategic initiatives.

·      Manage large-scale capital investments, conducting detailed ROI and financial feasibility analyses.

Process Improvement & Systems Optimization

·      Champion continuous improvement and standardization of finance processes.

·      Leverage ERP tools including SAP B1 and advanced Excel functions for automation and data accuracy.

·      Identify and implement digital tools to improve reporting speed and quality

Statutory Compliances

·      Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international financial, tax regulations.

·      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance standards, supporting three business units.

Leadership & Team Management

·      Collaborate with global finance teams and cross-functional leaders to align financial operations with corporate strategy.

·      Mentor and coach junior finance staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.


Qualifications & Experience

·      Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant with minimum 5 to7 years post-qualification experience in the Manufacturing Industry.

·      Extensive experience in financial management, planning, and reporting.

·      Proven track record in multi-unit financial operations and statutory financial compliance.

·      Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1), Advanced Excel and Power BI

·      Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

·      Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

·      Experience working in global and matrixed organisational structures is an advantage.
