Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a mature finance professional who can partner closely with the Managing Director, strengthen financial governance, drive business performance, and build a scalable Finance & Accounts function capable of supporting both our established operations and future growth initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the organization's growth journey and evolve into a broader leadership position encompassing Finance, Accounts & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic business partnering with the Managing Director
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Accounting, taxation, audits and statutory compliance
• MIS, business analytics and performance reporting
• Working capital optimization and treasury management
• Building scalable finance processes, controls and governance
• Supporting commercial decision-making across business services, SaaS and AI-driven offerings
• Driving automation and adoption of AI-enabled finance tools

Desired Profile:

• CA or MBA (Finance)
• 8–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong exposure to financial planning, accounting, compliance, taxation and business partnering
• Experience working directly with promoters, founders, CEOs or senior leadership teams
• Exposure to technology, SaaS, software services, AI-enabled businesses or high-growth organizations will be an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to convert financial data into business insights
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
