Senior Manager- Electrical Engineer

Position : Senior Manager- Electrical Engineer Location : Head Office (Gurgaon) Experience : 10?20 years (preferred) Reports To : Mr. Naveen A.R. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our head office team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HT/LT electrical systems, load calculation, design preparation, SLD development, and liasoning with statutory bodies and electricity boards. Prior exposure to the Oil & Gas or Compressed Biogas (CBG) industry is highly preferred. This role will focus on project design, execution, and scheduling across LR Energy?s EPC verticals (CBG, STP, Solar), ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities ? Lead basic and detailed engineering for HT/LT electrical systems, including preparation of SLDs, cable schedules, and load lists. ? Perform load calculations , design calculations, and electrical system studies using ETAP and related tools. ? Coordinate liasoning activities with statutory authorities, electricity boards , and ensure approvals and compliance. ? Manage project scheduling and planning in coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site teams. ? Ensure adherence to national and international codes, standards , and client specifications. ? Support procurement activities through technical evaluations, vendor discussions, and approval processes. ? Lead and participate in project kick-off meetings , design reviews, and client discussions. ? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. ? Contribute to quality management plans , audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile ?? Qualification: B.E. (Electrical Engineering) (must-have). ?? Minimum 10?20 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or CBG sectors. ?? Strong expertise in HT/LT design, load calculations, SLD preparation, and electrical system design. ?? Proven experience in liasoning with statutory authorities and boards. ?? Proficient in ETAP, AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, PVSYST, and MS Office. ??
