🎯 Role: Sr. Manager - Direct Tax (Litigation & Advisory) 🏢 Company: Deepak Fertilizers 📍 Location: Mundhwa, Pune (On-site) 💰 Salary: 16 LPA - 18 LPA 💼 Experience: 3 to 5 Years (Post-CA Qualification) 🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigation & Appeals: Independently handle Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing (TP) litigation matters.
• Drafting & Submissions: Draft compelling appeals, submissions, and paper books for proceedings before the ITAT, CIT(Appeals), DRP, and Assessing Officers.
• Representation: Represent the company and assist senior counsels during hearings at various tax appellate forums.
• Advisory: Provide strategic advice on Corporate Tax, Cross-border transactions, International Taxation, and Transfer Pricing matters.
• Notices & Scrutiny: Prepare and file responses to complex show-cause notices, scrutiny assessments, and penalty notices.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified CA with exactly 3 to 5 years of hardcore experience in Direct Tax Litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of the Income Tax Act, DTAA, and OECD guidelines.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in Big 4 or top-tier tax consulting firms is a strong plus.
