Responsibilities CI/CD & GitOps: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-grade microservices and applications using Azure DevOps and GitOps practices. Internal Tooling & APIs: Develop backend services and APIs (PowerShell, Python, FastAPI or equivalent) to power internal automation and platform capabilities. Infrastructure Automation: Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates. Container Platforms: Support and maintain containerized workloads using Kubernetes, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Deployment Resilience: Enhance deployment automation, observability, and rollback strategies for multi-tenant SaaS environments. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SRE, CloudOps, Security, and Development teams to design resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure patterns. Secrets & Certificates Management: Manage certificates, secrets, and encryption keys using Azure Key Vault (AKV) to ensure secure, compliant handling of sensitive assets across environments. Monitoring & Visibility: Integrate monitoring, observability, and CMDB tools (Datadog, ELK, AppInsights) to ensure visibility, traceability, and compliance across environments. Platform Engineering: Contribute to reusable toolkits, frameworks, and internal platforms that improve developer productivity and operational consistency. Operational Excellence: Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of deployment pipelines. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all DevOps practices adhere to security, compliance, and operational standards throughout the SDLC. Qualifications 15+ years in DevOps/CloudOps/Infrastructure Operations. Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (AWS exposure is a plus). Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, TFS) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, ARM). Proficiency in scripting and backend automation using PowerShell, Python, and modern frameworks. Proven experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm) in production scale environments. Strong background in monitoring, observability, and incident management. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
