Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our customer centricity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, ensuring that all departments are aligned in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve overall customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional service
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service professionals
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
