Job Purpose: The Lead Business Development role is responsible for executing business development strategies through detailed analytics, financial modeling, and market research. This role supports the Head Business Development (Region) in identifying, evaluating, and tracking real estate opportunities while ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Prepare plans for possibilities of new land acquisition and redevelopment projects by engaging with landowners, real estate consultants, brokers, and IPC consultants in Mumbai.
Evaluate, Bid, research and negotiate for tenders and proposals for open land, slum development and society redevelopment through joint developments, ventures, and outright purchases in accordance with business needs.
Prepare project feasibility reports, financial models, FSI workings, conduct due diligence, identify risks and mitigation process to guarantee project viability and profitability prior to the start of deal negotiations, preparing term sheets and closing transactions.
Partner with legal, liaison, sales & marketing, finance, corporate affairs, design and projects team to ensure legal regulations, sales strategy, cash flow, project approvals, and project delivery are as per the schedule for better return on investment.

Desirable/Preferable Bachelor’s in engineering + MBA
