Senior Manager / AVP – Stock Broking Operations

Role Summary:

Lead and own end-to-end stock broking operations across Equity, F&O, Bonds, Funds, Depository (DP), KYC, RMS, Settlement, and Client Care. Drive strong regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and governance while building a robust, process-driven operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own complete front-to-back broking operations
• Strengthen settlement processes, fund controls, and reconciliation discipline
• Oversee DP operations (NSDL/CDSL), KYC, AML/PMLA compliance
• Ensure robust RMS, margining, MTM, and exposure controls
• Lead client servicing with structured grievance handling & escalation
• Act as SPOC for audits, regulatory inspections, and exchange interactions
• Build and lead a high-performing, compliance-first operations team

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years in Indian stock broking operations
• Proven leadership in operations / back-office / broking setup
• Strong expertise in:
• Equity, F&O, Bonds
• Client & proprietary funds management
• DP operations (NSDL/CDSL)
• KYC, AML, PMLA frameworks
• RMS, margins, exposure controls
• Settlement lifecycle (auctions, shortages, penalties)
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
• Experience dealing with regulators, exchanges, and auditors
