Role Snapshot The incumbent will be responsible for covering the Delhi NCR market for Display, Branded Content & Video sales. Key Responsibilities Plan the yearly goals as per the approved sales strategy. Create and put into action strategies for expanding revenue and finding new business opportunities. Overseeing all aspects of a deal's closing, including the negotiations. The capacity to thrive with little direction, to take initiative and to deal with ambiguity. Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth. Creating estimates and proposals for clients. Making connect with prospective clients to build rapport and schedule meetings. Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and hunt for new ones. Should be equipped in preparing and presenting sales pitches to existing and prospective clients. Able to implement the business plan by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. What we want Graduate/MBA with 10 years of experience in Ad Sales ideally working with Digital Media/Radio Industry. Must have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets with direct and relevant experience in display sales, branded content & video sales. Strong relationships with key agencies and clients along with the ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders is a must.
