Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role: Senior AI Engineer / Agent Developer (Full-Stack)

Position Summary

• Build end-to-end AI-powered applications across front-end, back-end, APIs, and Google Cloud-native services for enterprise use cases.
• Develop secure, scalable solutions integrating Gemini models, Vertex AI, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and enterprise data for production deployment.
• Design & deliver AI/agent-based solutions tailored for Retail / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business scenarios

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using modern UI frameworks, backend APIs, and Python-based AI services.
• Build and integrate AI agents and sub-agents using Google ADK, Gemini, Vertex AI, enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop & operationalize RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, multi-agent workflows for business apps.
• Build secure, performant, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with CI/CD, containers, observability, and access controls.
• Collaborate with architects, platform & data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions aligned to Retail / CPG use cases.

Must-Have Skills

• Front-end: React / Angular / Next.js; Back-end: Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and/or Node.js.
• Experience in REST APIs, microservices, SQL / NoSQL databases, and cloud-native application development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, and agent-based application development.
• Exposure to Google ADK or similar agent orchestration frameworks for building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, SQL / NoSQL, security, and scalable application design.

Good to Have

• Experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI, Gemini, Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, and API integrations.
• Experience of working on Retail / CPG domain use cases is preferred.
• Familiarity with GenAI evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations such as SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CRM, or supply chain platforms.

Education

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech in CS / IT or related discipline.
• Relevant Google Cloud / AI / Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
