We?re looking for a Senior / Lead QA Engineer who can bring a product-oriented mindset to ensure quality, stability, and performance across our digital products and solutions. Role Overview We?re seeking a Senior or Lead QA professional with a strong focus on product quality, user experience, and long-term reliability , rather than just project delivery. The role involves shaping QA processes, mentoring junior testers, collaborating closely with product managers and developers, and ensuring every release meets world-class standards. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end QA process across multiple products and releases. Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to understand functional and business goals. Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA best practices . Perform manual and automated testing ? functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Drive continuous improvement in product quality and testing efficiency. Mentor and guide QA team members, establishing a quality-driven culture. Participate in release management and post-deployment validation. Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity . Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies , and QA processes. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with a product and user-first mindset . Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on digital products or SaaS platforms . Familiarity with UI/UX quality standards and cross-platform testing .
