About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot), React.js , and MongoDB . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior developers. This is a hands-on role requiring both backend and frontend development capabilities and strong architectural understanding. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack web applications. Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and frontend components using React.js. Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and Product Managers. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance tuning. Ensure security, scalability, and high performance of applications. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. Mentor and guide junior developers on technical best practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack development expertise. Strong proficiency in Java, especially with Spring Boot / Spring Framework. Solid experience in React.js, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management. Hands-on experience with MongoDB including aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance tuning. Proficient in RESTful API development and integration. Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with other frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Angular) is a plus. Knowledge of other NoSQL or relational databases. Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Education: Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
