The Role:

As the Senior L&D Systems and Analytics Administrator, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Global Learning & Development function, ensuring the smooth execution and measurement of training initiatives across the organisation. This is a key operational role within L&D sitting at the heart of our global L&D structure.

Reporting to the Global Head of L&D, your role focuses on the end-to-end technical administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), as well as managing all L&D inbox queries. You will oversee the full lifecycle of training logistics which includes configuring virtual environments and tracking global attendance.

Beyond day-to-day maintenance, you are responsible for the data-to-decision pipeline, building interactive dashboards in tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide key business stakeholders with critical insights on license utilisation and program performance. By consolidating trend data into executive summaries, you will provide the operational insights necessary to optimise global learning initiatives and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

  • Upload training content into the LMS.
  • Manage content versioning and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage user profile creation, maintenance, and de-activation.
  • Manage.
  • Manage and fulfill report requests.

Training Administration

  • Manage the training inbox, responding to queries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage reporting on training activity for various regions.
  • Manage training invitations, attendance lists, and follow-up reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical trainers to prepare training set-ups in test environments.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Design and maintain simplified, stakeholder-specific dashboards:
  • L&D Business Partners & Senior L&D team
  • Chief People Officer (CPO)
  • Finance (focused on utilisation metrics)
  • Analyse key metrics, including license utilisation, framework engagement, and global programme performance, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop advanced visualisations and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights.

Storytelling Through Data:

  • Present data in a compelling and narrative format during monthly calls with the Global Head of L&D & L&D Manager, highlighting key insights, trends, successes, and areas for improvement to facilitate informed decision-making.

Strategic Deployable Support:

  • Create executive summaries (e.g., PowerPoint presentations) consolidating trend data from the last three months to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing learning engagement and optimising programme effectiveness.



Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proven experience in administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Comfortable using and configuring AI solutions/tools to automate tasks
  • Significant experience as a training administrator in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong capability in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • SSO & API Knowledge: As part of the backend work involves linking the LMS through SSO and APIs it would be helpful to have basic knowledge of SSO configurations and API integrations
  • Our current automation (for reporting and notifications) is built on the Microsoft Power Platform, so it would be beneficial to have experience with Power Automate so you can support our existing workflows.
