Senior JD Edwards Business Analyst

The Senior JD Edwards Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the business with JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP and its ancillary systems. This person partners closely with key business stakeholders and partners to build sustainable, integrated solutions in the areas of Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, Accounting and Sales. The role demands attention to detail, the ability to work across multiple teams, and superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities Include

• Maintain and support Enterprise applications
• Work with business counterparts in support of the business requirements and overall business process improvement
• Collaborate with other business analyst, business personnel, and developers on the IT team ensuring business requirements and expectations are met
• As required, perform knowledge transfer of best business practices throughout business and IT personnel
• Actively participate in business optimization efforts, Master Data Management, upgrades, and implementation of new business software
• Support business initiatives and optimization efforts as they pertain to the supply chain systems
• Document business requirements, investigate standard offerings for solutions and assist in designing custom solutions where applicable
• Assist in selecting and implementing new technologies
• Document system process and develop changes specs for the development team
• Develop testing scripts and work with business on testing and deployment of changes
• Work collaboratively with business and IT to prioritize, plan, test and implement modifications and new functionality to internal systems
• Manage and configure systems
• Support the business by working reported incidents and change requests using ServiceNow
• Manage system requests, assess viability, and collaborate with Business owners and IT resources to determine solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and address concerns.
• Support innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness
• Travel, as necessary, to support business
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field. Additional experience may be substituted for education
• 5+ years of experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One
• 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion preferred, in Supply Chain and Order Management
• 5+ years broad experience in a Business Analyst position with a combination in information technology and business best practices
• Implementation or support experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One is required
• Project management experience preferred
• The hybrid schedule for this role includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, and additional onsite days may be required during the training period. Associates are expected to be in the office during this time
