Senior Java Software Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Java Software Engineer. The Senior Java Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring Framework. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and implementing microservices architecture, coding, testing, and debugging software applications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal application performance and scalability. Technical Skill Core Java: Version 8+, Solid understanding of OOP concepts, Design patterns, collections, and serialization, Multi-threading. REST APIs: Proficiency in integrating and optimizing RESTful APIs with strong error-handling mechanisms. Spring Framework: Experience in building and deploying microservices using Spring Boot Spring Security: Knowledge of implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms. Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with microservices design patterns and best practices. Kubernetes: Understanding containerization concepts and hands-on experience with Docker for creating and managing containers using Kubernetes. Qualifications Proficient in Java and Programming skills Experience in developing and maintaining Software Development projects Expertise in Spring Framework and Microservices architecture Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies is a plus Good-to-Have Qualifications: Angular / React: Familiarity with Angular / React for front-end development. GWT (Google Web Toolkit): Experience with GWT for building complex web applications. UX Design: Understanding of UX principles and experience in UX design is a plus.
