Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Spring Boot Developer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining
enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS and related technologies.
What you will contribute:
• Solid experience in development of enterprise level software using Java, AWS, Spring
Boot Microservices, Spring Framework
• Some technical skills in Web Services (REST), Relational databases, GIT, Object-to-
relational mapping (eg. Hibernate), Object-oriented and functional design, Windows and
Linux operating system fundamentals
• Design, code, test, Unit Tests, and document capabilities on the platform and the
products
• Support the team during the whole SDLC
What We're Seeking:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 4-6 years of experience
• Seasoned professional in design with strong foundation of design models and data
structures.
• Ability to articulate the design with team members and discuss strategy/requirements
with teams.
• Experienced in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Docker technologies.
• Experienced in designing, programming, and implementing large distributed systems
with microservices.
Technical Skills:
• Spring Framework
• Spring Boot
• Java
• Web services (REST)
• Relational databases (mySQL, PostgreSQL)
• GIT
• Object-to-relational mapping (eg. Hibernate)
• Windows and Linux operating system fundamentals
• AWS
Soft Skills:
• Experience and preference collaborating in a team environment.
• Ability to focus on given priorities and deliver artifacts on time (deadline driven).
• Ability to quickly communicate challenges incurred during projects.
Good to have Skills:
• Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Strong AWS Experience
