Hiring for Java Fullstack developer (ReactJs for frontend)

Requirements

• 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Java and ReactJs.
• Solid experience in backend development and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team-handling abilities.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 17 and modern frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end development activities across backend and frontend teams.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Develop and manage event-driven and microservices-based architectures.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and others.
• Guide and contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
• Review code and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development.
• Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and technical risks.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders for solution design.
