Location - Gurugram Experience - 5+yrs Skills And Qualifications Technical Skills React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3 Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data REST APIs, Microservices, Swagger/OpenAPI SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB) Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Banking & Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred) Experience working in Commercial or Institutional Banking. GOOD TO HAVE Understanding of: KYC / AML onboarding workflows CIB customer lifecycle management Risk & compliance processes Document verification and approval workflows Prior experience with digital onboarding portals or banking platforms is a strong advantage. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders. High attention to detail, especially regarding security and compliance. Proactiveness and ownership in delivering high-quality work. Education & Experience Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5?12 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in banking/financial services. Proven success in building secure, enterprise-grade web applications.
