Job Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring a Senior Java Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, distributed systems, and microservices architecture, along with leadership experience. Experience: 8-13 Years Location: Bengaluru Mode of Work : Full time Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance Java applications. Translate complex client problems into simple, scalable technical solutions. Break down business requirements into actionable tasks and drive execution. Mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and development speed. Own architectural decisions, design discussions, and ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery. Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Explore and implement new technologies to improve productivity and product quality. Requirements: 8?13 years of hands-on Java development experience, including team leadership and technical delivery. Strong experience in building complex products/applications and distributed systems from scratch. Solid understanding of OOP principles, Java internals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Proven ability to design and deliver high-performance systems. Exposure to RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and project ownership abilities. Good To Have Sk ills: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier institutions. Prior recognitions, awards, or rapid growth within previous organizations. Ability to deliver in fast-paced environments without compromising quality.
