Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Investment Manager based out of Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for leading the execution of investment transactions made from our balance sheet - both direct investments as well as investments from our fund-of-fund strategy. These investments will be made on sector agnostic basis with an impact lens. Some of the key activities this role will be involved in are:

·        analyzing industry trends and contributing to the investment thesis including publishing market scan reports.

·        building ecosystem (founders, co-investors etc.) connects through extensive networking.

·        overseeing sourcing and creation of pipeline for investments.

·        undertaking in-depth business and financial due diligence.

·        writing investment memos and presenting investment proposal to investment committee.

·        negotiating term sheets.

·        assisting in legal due diligence and finalization of transaction documents in close coordination with legal counsel.

·        monitoring the investments post investing.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 8 years of experience in equity investing.

·        Led or has been an integral part of at least 4 equity transactions.

·        Proven expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management, and risk assessment

·        Exceptional analytical skills and financial analysis.

·        Proficient in MS office and AI tools for market scans, investment memo, due diligence etc.
