We are building a design-led real estate brand focused on premium residential developments and are looking to onboard an experienced Interior Designer with exposure to large-scale residential projects, societies, or township developments.

This role goes beyond apartment interiors — we are looking for someone who understands how interiors integrate with architecture, amenities, and overall community design, similar to leading developers like DLF Limited, Prestige Group, and Sobha Limited.

We are looking to onboard an interior designer who brings strong detailing capabilities and a refined approach to lifestyle-driven design.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

✔ Strong Educational Background

• Degree in Interior Design / Architecture from reputed institutes such as NID, CEPT University, School of Planning and Architecture Delhi, or equivalent

✔ Relevant Experience (8–10 years)

• Experience working on residential societies, group housing, or township projects
• Exposure to clubhouse interiors, amenities design, and common area development
• Experience with real estate developers or reputed design firms handling large-scale projects
• Understanding of how interior design aligns with overall project positioning and buyer segment

🔹 Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design of clubhouses, lobbies, amenities, and sample flats
• Contribute to overall project lifestyle planning (amenities + user experience)
• Develop concepts, themes, and design language across the project
• Work on material palettes, finishes, and specifications for common areas and residences
• Coordinate with architects, landscape consultants, MEP teams, and execution teams
• Ensure design consistency across buildings, amenities, and outdoor spaces
• Prepare and review working drawings, BOQs, and vendor inputs
• Conduct site visits to ensure execution quality and detailing standards

🔹 Key Skill Sets (Critical)

• Strong understanding of society-level design thinking (not just unit interiors)
• Experience in clubhouse planning, amenities design, and common areas
• Basic knowledge of landscape design coordination (greens, pathways, outdoor seating, etc.)
• Ability to align interiors with architecture and overall master planning
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing for high-end residential projects
• Working understanding of MEP coordination in large-scale developments
• Ability to handle multiple buildings / zones within a project

🔹 Technical Expectations

• Strong command over AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / visualization tools
• Ability to prepare and review GFC drawings and execution details
• Experience in BOQ preparation, costing, and vendor coordination
