Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in the premium luxury residential segment. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, an exceptional understanding of high-end materials, and the ability to craft sophisticated living spaces. This role requires strong creative direction, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver outstanding interiors that reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Concept Development: Design and execute high-end residential interiors with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics and functionality.

✔️ Client Consultation: Work closely with affluent homeowners, architects, and developers to bring their vision to life.

✔️ Design Execution: Develop detailed 2D/3D floor plans, elevations, and realistic renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.

✔️ Material & Styling Selection: Curate and source luxury furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor elements from top brands.

✔️ Project Management: Oversee the execution of bespoke interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

✔️ Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, collaborate with vendors, and liaise with contractors for flawless implementation.

✔️ Market Research & Innovation: Stay updated on global design trends, luxury interior innovations, and emerging materials.

Requirements:

🔹 Experience: Minimum 5+ years in luxury residential interior design.

🔹 Project Portfolio: Proven track record of handling premium residential projects with a refined sense of aesthetics.

🔹 Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.

🔹 Design Expertise: Strong skills in space planning, lighting design, bespoke furniture, and high-end material selection.

🔹 Client Management: Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and their expectations in luxury spaces.

🔹 Sales & Presentation Skills: Ability to present concepts, manage client expectations, and close high-value deals.

🔹 Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
