Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer, located in Kochi. The role involves designing interior spaces with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to client requirements and preferences. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee project planning, create detailed construction drawings, coordinate materials and FF&E selection, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. The role will require managing timelines, budgets, and quality control for all projects.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Architecture and producing detailed Construction Drawings
• Expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other industry tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Relevant industry experience, preferably in a senior or leadership design role
• 3-5 years of relevant experinces
