Job Title: Senior Instructional Designer? Location: Gandhinagar/ Vadodara? Shift: UK / US shift? Experience: 4+ Years !! We are looking for candidates from Gujarat location only !! Key Responsibilities: ? ? Lead the design and development of engaging and interactive eLearning content? using various multimedia tools such as video, audio, graphics, animations, and? simulations.? ? Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and stakeholders to ensure? that the content meets learning objectives and aligns with course outcomes and? business goals.? ? Integrate AI-powered tools and technologies to optimize learning experiences,? personalize content delivery, and improve learner engagement and outcomes.? ? Create comprehensive assessments, quizzes, and evaluation frameworks to? measure learners' knowledge and understanding of course material.? ? Develop interactive learning activities, games, and simulations to reinforce key? concepts and enhance learner engagement.? ? Review, audit, and edit existing course content to improve its effectiveness,? accessibility, and engagement across multiple learning platforms.? ? Ensure that all content is accessible to learners with disabilities by adhering to? WCAG and other accessibility standards and guidelines.? ? Demonstrate expertise in IOMAD (Moodle-based multi-tenancy LMS) for managing? multiple organizations, courses, and user groups effectively.? ? Stay current with the latest eLearning trends, AI technologies, instructional design? methodologies, and apply them to enhance the quality and effectiveness of course? content.? ? Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to instructors, learners, and? junior instructional designers on the use of LMS platforms and course content.? ? Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, providing guidance on best? practices, quality standards, and professional development.? ? Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and? adherence to quality standards.? ? Qualifications and Requirements: ? ? Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field? (Master's degree preferred) with 4-5 years of experience in developing eLearning? content within a Learning Management System, preferably Moodle and IOMAD.? ? Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult? learning methodologies.? ? Proven experience with IOMAD platform for multi-tenancy LMS management and? configuration.? ? Demonstrated experience in AI integration and optimization within eLearning? environments, including AI-powered content creation, personalization, and? analytics.? ? Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,? Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) for creating high-quality multimedia content.? ? Expertise in using various eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline,? Adobe Captivate, Canva, and other multimedia development tools.? ? Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor, guide, and develop junior? team members.? ? Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects? simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.? ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work? collaboratively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and? stakeholders.? ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about learning? solutions.? ? Experience with Moodle plugins, customization, and API integrations is highly? desirable.? The Senior Instructional Designer will work closely with the eLearning team and leadership to ensure the quality, innovation, and effectiveness of the learning content while driving continuous improvement and team development.
