Overview

We are looking for an IT Security Compliance Officer with 5+ years of experience to manage the organization's IT security, compliance, and infrastructure while serving as the primary customer-facing representative at the client site. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure IT environment, resolve security incidents, maintain compliance, and support day-to-day IT operations across Azure and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site IT Security representative for the client and manage stakeholder interactions.
• Manage and secure the organization's IT infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
• Configure and manage Firewalls, VPNs, Endpoint Security, and user access controls.
• Handle security incidents, escalations, vulnerability remediation, and incident resolution.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts, configure new systems, and manage IT assets and inventory.
• Implement and support IT security solutions and product deployments.
• Monitor compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
• Conduct employee awareness sessions on IT Security, Security Breaches, Whistle-blower Policy, and Incident Reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of IT security and infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Security, Infrastructure, or Security Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Security, Incident Management, and IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with Azure (IT Infrastructure) and AWS (Cloud applications/products).
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, User Administration, Asset Management, and IT Security Policies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or other security compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar endpoint and identity management tools.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, AZ-500, SC-900, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.
