Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
- Drive performance management systems and employee engagement programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Lead learning and development initiatives, leadership development, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking
