Senior HR Executive

A. About the Role

We are looking for a capable and self‑driven HR Executive to establish, manage, and streamline complete HR function for Lijan Greentech and Lijan Insulation. Since this is the first dedicated HR role within our organization, the selected candidate will play a key role in setting up HR systems and processes from the ground up and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations across both companies.

This role requires someone who is confident in handling HR activities independently, including recruitment, training coordination, employee motivation and engagement, grievance handling, time‑keeping, performance and assessment systems, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will build strong processes, maintain compliance, and act as the central point of communication between employees, management, and our UAE HR team.

C. Requirements

• 5–7 years HR experience (Mandatory)
• Experience in payroll + statutory compliance
• English + Hindi communication
• Proficient in HRMS/HR software
• Able to work independently
• Preferably candidates from Ernakulam/Thrissur regions

D. Work Schedule

• Monday–Saturday (Full-time)

In-person work at Angamaly office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
