Senior Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in creating visually compelling designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics, and animations, along with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality visuals. This role involves collaborating with teams, developing design strategies, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Generating fresh concepts.
• Creating mood-boards
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Create standards, style guides, specification documents to support visual design systems that get delivered to the customer. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to reality
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  
  

Must Have

• Excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills
• Portfolio with design projects
• Drive to identify challenges and take them head on
• Mastery over design principles and its application on large-scale multi-device systems.
• Super presentation skill in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
• Being well-organised with excellent time management skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing detailed work samples showcasing your design process. Preferably in B2B space.
• Availability to join within 30 days
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience in graphic designing
