Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of high-impact visual designs for digital and print campaigns, including brand assets, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and presentations. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves working closely with creative, strategy, and content teams to translate brand objectives into clear visual concepts and design systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining brand identities, designing logos and typography-driven layouts, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and stay current with design trends and best practices to strengthen client brands.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and handling diverse Graphics projects for digital and print media.
• Proven experience in Logo Design and developing cohesive Branding systems for multiple clients.
• Advanced skills in Typography, including layout design, hierarchy, and readability across formats.
• Expert use of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaign designs, and innovative visual concepts.
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and apply creative briefs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in advertising or agency environments and familiarity with digital marketing principles is beneficial.
