Effora is building India's premium Beauty & Wellness brand focused on routines, recovery, and visible results through an ecosystem of beauty devices, topicals, supplements, and education.

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can build premium visual experiences across digital, packaging, website, advertising, and product launches while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

• Own and evolve Effora's visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels (statics & videos).
• Create product packaging, labels, inserts, retail collateral, and print-ready artwork.
• Design website banners, landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, and UI/UX assets.
• Create social media posts, carousels, launch campaigns, and brand communication.
• Edit short-form videos, UGC creatives, product films, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Growth, and Shopify teams to execute campaigns and launches.
• Ensure brand consistency, premium aesthetics, and timely project delivery.

• 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, or D2C brands.
• Strong portfolio across branding, packaging, UI/UX, performance creatives, and social media.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, and Premiere Pro.
• After Effects and motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
