Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

A Senior Visualizer is responsible for translating creative concepts into compelling visual designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong design expertise, creative thinking, and the ability to lead visual storytelling for campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and branding.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Lead the design process from concept to execution.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual outputs.
• Create designs for:
• Social media creatives
• Ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Website layouts and landing pages
• Emailers and banners
• Mentor junior designers and review their work.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred)
• Good understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout and composition
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and conceptually.
• Strong attention to detail.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in a creative/design role
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
