Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns for multiple clients across industries. The ideal candidate must have hands-on agency experience and strong performance marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage high-budget, multi-client campaigns with clear ROI focus
• Perform audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization
• Track performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & reports
• Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads
• Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR
• Experience with lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Up-to-date with latest ad platform policies and trends
