Job Title: Sr. Go/Golang Developer Job Type: Hybrid / Remote Job Location: Pune / Indore/ Remote Experience: 4 - 8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in Go (Golang) to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance our backend services, ensuring high-performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features, optimize database performance, and contribute to technical decision-making. Job Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and enhance backend services using Go (Golang) - Build efficient data models and develop scalable schemas in PostgreSQL - Optimize database performance for large-scale applications - Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features - Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems to improve stability and performance - Ensure data security, compliance, and high system reliability - Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members - Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team Required Skills and Experience: - 4-6 years of professional backend development experience - Minimum 3 years hands-on expertise in Go (Golang) - Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, query tuning, performance optimization) - Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles - Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Experience working with Git and CI/CD practices - Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker - Excellent analytical thinking, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Skills: - Exposure to NoSQL databases or key-value stores (Redis, DynamoDB, etc.) - Basicn knowledge of front-end technologies such as React - Experience with messaging systems like Kafka
