About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Developer to lead advanced projects leveraging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), IDP, NLP, Azure Functions, Python, Graph and Vector Databases. You will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of AI & Automation solutions aligned with business objectives
Architect and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across industry verticals
Ensure robust integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in AI development and deployment
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation within projects

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML and automation development
Strong expertise in Python and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, MLflow)
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-3/4, BERT, T5) and fine-tuning techniques
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and Knowledge Graphs
Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms and integrating with enterprise applications
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
