Job Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in C# and .NET to join our engineering team. In this role, you will maintain and enhance a mature enterprise product while contributing to modernization efforts that make the platform more scalable, reliable, and maintainable. While the primary focus is backend development, any experience with frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus and will allow you to engage with modernized components of the platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on both stability-focused tasks and forward-looking projects, collaborating with a highly experienced team and helping shape the future of a mission-critical Quality Management system used by thousands of customers Responsibilities Maintain, enhance, and support legacy systems developed in C# and .NET, ensuring continued stability and performance. Lead modernization efforts by re-architecting legacy services for cloud-readiness with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Contribute to database migrations, infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption strategies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical discussions. Implement and advocate for engineering best practices across coding, testing, deployment, observability, and documentation. Assist with front-end development efforts when needed to ensure cohesive end-to-end functionality. Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework. Strong backend development skills and experience maintaining production systems. Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and ability to write/debug queries. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and basic Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to work with at least a 4-hour overlap with the US (PST) Time zone Nice-to-Have: Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools. Experience with observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, ELK stack). Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, SNS, SQS). Experience modernizing legacy systems or migrating to microservices/serverless architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
