Senior Full Stack Developer (4–6 Years Experience)

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You''ll

be a key player in designing and scaling our web applications, bridging the gap between robust

backend services and intuitive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate has hit that "sweet spot" of experience—where you''ve seen enough

production fires to know how to prevent them, but you''re still eager to dive deep into the code

every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python
  
  
  

(Backend) and TypeScript/React (Frontend).

• Lead by Example: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while performing
  
  
  

rigorous peer code reviews.

• System Design: Contribute to architectural decisions, database schema design, and
  
  
  

API contract definitions.

• Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn wireframes into
  
  
  

high-performance features.

• Mentor: Guide junior and mid-level developers, helping them level up their technical
  
  
  

skills and best practices.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced
  
  
  

environment.

• Backend Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python(2-3 years). Experience with
  
  
  

frameworks like FastAPI, or Flask is highly preferred.

• Frontend Expertise: Strong command of TypeScript and hands-on experience building
  
  
  

complex, enterprise-level applications with React(4-5 years of Hands on exp in React

atleast).

• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in NoSQL solutions (mongoDB) and familiarity with
  
  
  

QL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

• DevOps & Tooling: Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
  
  
  

(AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• API Design: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
