What are we looking for! We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer (Python + React) with strong product engineering experience to build and enhance next-generation web applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced product environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and takes ownership of delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant web applications using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js . Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to build intuitive and seamless user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies. Build reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring high code quality and performance. Integrate RESTful APIs and optimize frontend-backend communication. Contribute to architecture discussions and product roadmaps. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across the full stack. Qualifications 5?9 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Python and React.js. Strong experience in Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks and RESTful API development. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and ORM frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
