Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

We're growing fast and are looking for an exceptional Fullstack Product Engineer to own major features end-to-end. You are scrappy, hungry, driven, and willing to ship very fast with us as we reimagine real estate video marketing with AI.

What You'll Do:

• Own significant features from ideation, design, implementation, deployment, and optimization
• Build both frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Django) components
• Drive product decisions through data-driven analysis and user feedback
• Ship fast and iterate - we work in hours and days, not weeks
• Monitor feature performance and continuously optimize for user impact
• Collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy and technical architecture

Who You Are:

• 4-8 years of full-stack development experience, building and shipping real products used by users
• Expert React (TypeScript) and Python (Django) skills
• AI Native: Very familiar with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to move extremely fast
• High autonomy: you thrive with minimal oversight and maximum ownership.
• Data-driven mindset: you measure success through metrics and user behavior
• Startup velocity: you're hungry, move fast, love shipping quickly, and work 50+ hours weekly (M-F in USA East Coast timezone)
