Role Description Adescare Technologies INC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer Architect for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient applications using the .NET framework. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing both front-end and back-end components, ensuring system performance, and guiding junior developers. The Senior Full-Stack Developer Architect will also ensure adherence to best practices and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards. Qualifications Expertise in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Full-Stack Development Proficiency in Front-End Development, including designing user interfaces and ensuring responsiveness Strong knowledge of web technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript frameworks Demonstrated ability to architect and manage complex applications from end-to-end Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Experience mentoring and leading a development team is a strong advantage Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control tools like Git
