Position Overview: As a Full Stack MERN Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements and provide exceptional user experiences. From building robust backend services with Node.js and Express.js to creating responsive and interactive user interfaces with React.js and modern front-end libraries like Material-UI, Bootstrap, and React Hooks, you will leverage your expertise to drive innovation. Additionally, you will integrate RESTful APIs, test using tools like Postman, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies to ensure the team maintains high standards of excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3,TypeScript, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, React Hooks, Material-UI, and Bootstrap. Perform efficient SQL querying or MongoDB querying to manage and retrieve data from relational or NoSQL databases. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 3. Integrate RESTful APIs into front-end applications, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend services. 4. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality and ensure team growth. 5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to address technical challenges. 6. Utilize tools like Postman for API testing, ensuring the reliability and performance of the applications. 7. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS or Azure tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Telemetry for end-to-end tracing. 8. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team's success. 9. Knowledge of common tools and libraries used with TypeScript in the MERN environment. 10. Build robust, maintainable fullstack applications with MERN stack using TypeScript for both frontend and backend development. Write reusable, type-safe React components leveraging TypeScript features. Qualifications: 1. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience 2.
