Senior Full Stack Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Blazor, .NET, Angular, SQL , Azure Data Factory (ADF) and have hands-on experience with and Power BI as added advantage. A background in the finance domain is a significant plus. The candidate should have a solid foundation in software engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization. This role requires someone who can work independently, contribute to solution architecture, and mentor junior team members while delivering scalable and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Blazor, .NET, Angular, and SQL . Build robust data integrations and pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory (ADF) . Develop and integrate Power BI dashboards for analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end solutions. Apply software engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines , unit testing , and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for enterprise environments. Mentor and guide junior engineers in coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of professional software engineering experience , with at least 3+ years in a senior/full stack role. Strong proficiency in Blazor, .NET Core/Framework, Angular, and SQL . Experience with Azure services , especially Azure Data Factory (ADF) . Exposure to Power BI for reporting and visualization. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, or similar). Solid understanding of software design principles , OOP , and architectural patterns . Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred/Bonus Skills Domain experience in finance , banking, or investment management. Experience in performance tuning and optimization for enterprise-scale applications. Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native application development. Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity.
